Removal Deadline: Thursday, July 16 @ 6:30pm
- Kwik is open 9am-3pm Monday to Wednesday, and 9am-6:30pm Thursdays during auction pickup window. Closed Fridays.
- Items that do not have shipping arranged through Kwik, or are not removed before the deadline will be subject to storage fees.
Storage Fees:
- (Minimum Fee) 1/2 Pallet - $30/week
- Per Standard Pallet Space - $60/week
Email info@kwik.ca to ask for a shipping quote. Please include the address you would like to have it shipped, whether the location is business or residential, and if you need a tailgate delivery. If you are arranging your own movers, please notify us by email. If you are using your own shipping company, please email us the bill of lading.
Please note: All shipping is done at the buyer's risk. If you see your items have been damaged in transport, it's important that you refuse the delivery. Do not accept, do not sign for it, and make sure it leaves with the driver.
Items on invoices not fully paid, or with balances owing for shipping or storage can not leave our auction warehouse. Invoices must be fully paid before any items can be released.
Our standard is 5 business days to either pick up, submit a bill of lading, or accept a shipping quote from Kwik, after which storage fees will start accruing. Larger auctions, or inclement weather before or after and auction will extend the pickup deadline to 6 or 7 business days. We don't want to charge you storage! Please just communicate with us, and we will always work with you.
You do not need to schedule an appointment to pickup your items yourself. Pickups are always available during our regular business hours.
We charge $75 for a standard pallet and $10 per box for shipping.
Custom/oversized pallets can cost $100+. Some items can not be shipped using traditional methods and must be picked up by movers/flat deck. In this case we can not guarantee we can obtain a quote on your behalf.
Payment Details:
Payment is due immediately following the auction. The Visa or Mastercard on file will be run within 24 hours.
All Sales Are Final. After receiving your items, you have the opportunity to provide feedback on your experience with Kwik Auctions. Your feedback helps improve the auction process and provides valuable insights for future buyers and sellers. Please email us any concerns you have or problems you encounter. If full payment can not be processed with the payment information on file, Kwik reserves the right to take partial payment, to be held as a non-refundable deposit until the entire invoice is paid.
