Returns and Refunds
The condition of a Lot is judged, then categorized into one of 3 conditions. The availability of Refunds and returns is based on what condition the Lot is in.
Like-New
These Lots are judged to be new or have not been previously used. We will typically not open a manufacturer-sealed box, and we will not test Like-New Lots for functionality or completeness.
You should inspect these Lots when you claim and open them. If the item does not appear to be like-new, or there are other issues, you must report this to a staff member immediately. You will be eligible for a full refund or credit. Once you leave the premises with the Lot, you fully accept the condition of the Lot, and we cannot issue refunds for any issues arising from the condition of the Lot.
TL;DR: We don't touch Like-New Lots. You must inspect them when you claim them, or you forfeit the opportunity for a refund when you leave with the Lot.
Open Box
Open Box items may have been sold at one point in time, and potentially used before being returned by the customer. These Lots may have damage or are missing pieces. Unless explicitly stated, you should not make any assumptions about the condition other than it may be damaged, ripped, scratched, or not-functioning. These items are sold AS/IS. These items will be available for inspection.
TL;DR: Open Box Lots are sold AS-IS. Inspect before bidding.
Damaged
If a Lot is marked Damaged, it might be known to be incomplete, damaged, and will not have been tested at all. These items are sold AS-IS, and we cannot refund them. You will buy a damaged Lot with the knowledge that its condition is poor. Please inspect these items before bidding.
TL;DR: Damaged Lots are in poor condition. Inspect before bidding, no refunds will be issued.

When your items ship, they are considered claimed, and you accept the condition of the Lots at the time of shipping, even if you have not inspected them.
